The transcript pile
The desk processes one transcript at a time. A queue shows how many SOPs are ahead. It does not clear the pile by itself.
Starting from scratch
Title, summary, prerequisites, and step headings are proposed from the transcript so you are not starting from a blank page.
Clarifying the steps
The original transcript stays with the SOP. You still review it. The extraction is not a replacement for your judgment.
Missing details
If a step is unclear or a prerequisite is missing, the draft flags it for your review — it is designed to surface gaps, not fill them with guesses.
A record of changes
Saving an SOP writes an audit line for that organisation. Deleting the stored copy does not delete that log.

Sole Practitioner, £79 a month
One person. The plan allowance in the program is 50 SOP generations a month. The desk counts each successful SOP generation since the first of the month. There is no setup fee in the price table.
Access is invitation-only. This page does not start a payment. Paid plans are Sole Practitioner at £79, Growth Practice at £149, or Operations Hub at £299 a month. Work does not stop at the allowance — extra generations bill at the plan's overage rate on your next invoice.
Growth Practice is £149 a month for up to three people and 120 included generations a month, sharing one queue. Operations Hub is £299 a month for up to ten people and 300 included generations. It is the same desk. They are not the plan this page is selling first.
You still review every SOP and edit as needed before export. Cancel before the next billing date in the written terms, through the Stripe customer portal or by written notice where agreed. What a person answers when you are stuck is not set out on this page.

What transcripts can I upload?
Text files (.txt, .md or .docx) up to 2 MB. Meeting notes, transcripts of recordings, process walkthroughs, and any text description of a process are supported.
Do I still review the SOP?
Yes. The extraction is a proposal. You review each step, heading, and detail before exporting.
What if the extraction is wrong?
You edit the field. All text is editable. The draft is designed to flag missing information rather than fill gaps with guesses — your review is the final check.
Can I add missing information?
Yes. Steps, prerequisites, UI elements, and warnings are all editable. Add anything the transcript missed.
Does it automatically post to my documentation system?
No. You export as Markdown and integrate with your documentation system yourself. Nothing is published automatically.
Can I process audio or video files?
Not directly. Use a transcription service to convert audio/video to text first, then upload the transcript.
Where is the transcript processed and stored?
The SOP extraction uses a local AI model on A2Zai's own UK processing computer — your transcript is not sent to a third-party AI API. Card payments, if you later choose a plan, are taken by Stripe. A stored copy is removed when that organisation next opens the desk if the folder is older than 6 years. Nothing removes it on a timer while the desk is idle.
What does the audit trail record?
A save can write a sealed line for that organisation. Deleting the stored copy does not remove the audit log or the exported Markdown file.
How are duplicates handled?
The same transcript bytes are not processed twice for that organisation. A different transcript with the same title is a warning, not an automatic block.
What is included for £79?
One user and 50 SOP generations in a month, counted as successful SOPs generated. You still review and edit before export.
What happens if I use more than the included generations?
Your work continues. Extra generations bill at the plan's overage rate — £1.50 each on Sole Practitioner, £1.20 on Growth Practice, £1.00 on Operations Hub — on your next invoice.
How do I cancel?
The written terms say you may cancel before the next billing date via the Stripe customer portal or by written notice where agreed. A refund rule is not stated here.
