Terms of Service

By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Data Processing Addendum (version 2026-10-29-overage). The Service Licence at checkout is the customer contract. A solicitor has not settled these pages.
1. Nature of the Service
A2Zai reads text transcripts of processes so a UK business or agency can turn spoken walkthroughs into structured Standard Operating Procedures. It is operated by A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd on a private node in the United Kingdom. That node may be local hardware or a private UK server. We give at least 7 days' notice before a move. It is not legal AI and does not provide tax advice or legal advice under the Legal Services Act 2007. A named person reviews each SOP. Export approved SOPs as Markdown files for your documentation system. You control the timing and content of every SOP. A2Zai does not publish to external documentation systems.
2. Human-in-the-loop (mandatory — non-negotiable)
A named person in your organisation must review every generated SOP against the source transcript before it is exported. There is no unattended publishing and no switch that turns that check off. You must not treat a generated SOP as professional advice, as a compliance document, or as already approved.
3. Availability, queue & support
Inference runs on a shared private node with a first-in, first-out (FIFO) processing queue. We do not warrant consumer-chat latency or 99.9% multi-region cloud uptime. Peak dumps queue and complete under that policy. Standard support: Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30 UK (excluding English bank holidays), unless a written support pack says otherwise. Service status is published at /status.
4. Draft data modes
A transcript file and the SOP generated from it are stored on this computer. They are not kept only in memory. A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd acts as the Data Processor under UK GDPR and processes that transcript only to run this desk. All data ingestion, model processing, and text inference occur strictly on our private sovereign UK nodes. Your proprietary data never leaves the UK jurisdiction and is never transmitted to third-party US cloud AI APIs. You retain 100% ownership as the Data Controller. A stored transcript copy is removed when that organisation next opens the desk, if that folder is older than 6 years, unless the organisation deletes the copy sooner. Nothing removes it on a timer while the desk is idle. Removing the copy does not remove the audit log or an exported SOP file. Account and billing records are kept so the subscription can be run.
5. AI accuracy & liability
The Service may produce incorrect, incomplete, or invented SOP content. Subject to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law, A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd is not liable for a client claim or any loss from an SOP the Customer reviewed, exported, or published. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
6. Fees, seats & suspension
Sole Practitioner is £79 a month for 1 user. Growth Practice is £149 a month for up to 3 users. Operations Hub is £299 a month for up to 10 users. Team plans share a sequential processing queue managed by local hardware infrastructure, displaying live, accurate queue counts ahead of your processing task. The platform is a private SOP computer. It keeps local transcript copies and the audit trail on that computer. A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd acts as the Data Processor under UK GDPR and processes that transcript only to run this desk. All data ingestion, model processing, and text inference occur strictly on our private sovereign UK nodes. Sole Practitioner includes 50 SOP generations a month, Growth Practice 120, Operations Hub 300. Generations beyond the included allowance are metered and invoiced at the plan's published overage rate. The desk shows how many jobs are ahead. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Export approved SOPs as Markdown files for your documentation system. You control the timing and content of every SOP. Non-payment or cancellation may suspend access. You may cancel before the next billing date via your Stripe customer portal or by written notice where agreed.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. As between the parties, you retain IP in your materials and in SOPs generated for you; underlying software, models, and tooling remain A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd IP.
